Garrison is a rare star--not too many today that can combine down-home humor and realism and make it a fun, enjoyable time! He lived not far from where I grew up, and went to high school with my sister. My mom and his mom worked together at a small hotel cleaning rooms. When he tells his stories of "Lake Wobegon" I always picture our neighborhood with the little Lutheran church down the road, the mill pond, and Mr. Peterson's farm. It brings back so many good memories of my childhood. I'm glad you enjoyed his concert. Pat Marquardt We always enjoy listening to Garrison Keillor on the radio.
